The shrub rose ‘André Rieu’, introduced by Pheno Geno Roses (Netherlands, 2022), is a floral tribute to the world-famous violinist and conductor. This compact variety delights with its deep pink to red blooms and a captivating citrus, lemon, and musk fragrance.
Its flowers are medium to large (around 3.25" / 8 cm), very full with over 40 petals, and borne in small clusters. With its repeat-flowering habit, ‘André Rieu’ provides continuous color from early summer until autumn.
The plant grows compact, upright, and well-branched (60–70 cm tall) with glossy dark green foliage that develops attractive fall color. Perfect for beds, borders, containers, or as a cut rose, and highly valued for its excellent disease resistance.
